A direct line to the owner

Work directly with Victor for your estimate, project decisions and final walkthrough, with frequent weekday visits to active jobs.

A written scope, and changes in writing

A detailed written scope and progress payments tied to completed work. If something unexpected turns up, Victor shows you and recommends a fix, and anything that changes the price is written up for your approval first.

Guidance on your selections

Help comparing finish materials and cabinetry, and better pricing through Victor's vendor accounts when available. Your proposal explains what is included.

Updates, even when you are away
